Dear Fellow Rotarians,

On behalf of the District Membership Committee, we are delighted to announce the upcoming New Member Orientation & Fellowship Dinner (Cantonese), scheduled for 14 March 2026.

This event is designed to provide an enriching evening of orientation, networking, and fellowship, conducted entirely in Cantonese to best serve our members and potential members. It presents an excellent opportunity to warmly welcome new members into the Rotary family and to strengthen connections across our clubs.

We strongly encourage all Club Presidents and Membership Chairs to actively promote this event, particularly among new members and prospective Rotarians who would benefit immensely from an orientation conducted in Cantonese.

Event Details:

• Date: 14 March 2026 (Saturday)
• Time: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Venue: Zoie Seafood & Grill, Shop G02, SoHo West, 10 Lau Ying St., Kowloon
• Fee: HK$500 per person (includes dinner)
• Quota: 80 participants (first come, first served)
• Language: Cantonese
• Dress Code: Smart Casual
• Registration Deadline: 28 February 2026
