A Rotary platform for Rotary and Non- Rotary members to do good to the community on Rotary’s 7 Areas of Focus IN SCALE!
The Rotary Volunteer Network (RVN) established in November 2023, is a dynamic platform that unites Rotary members and non-members to serve communities through Rotary’s seven areas of focus. With nearly 300 volunteers already registered, RVN aims to strengthen service projects, enhance their impact, and foster collaboration among individuals, organizations, and Rotary clubs.

Vision & Mission
RVN’s vision is to become a reputable volunteer team that actively assists those in need while building meaningful connections. Its mission includes:
- Enhancing service projects* to make them more effective and far-reaching.
- Supporting Rotary clubs* with additional volunteer manpower for large-scale initiatives.
- Encouraging volunteerism* and teamwork while creating strong networks among members.
- Partnering with governments, NGOs, corporations, and schools* to expand community impact.
Ongoing Activities RVN engages in diverse initiatives, such as: Strive and Rise Programme”* (共創明TEEN)– Over 100 mentors guide underprivileged youth in personal development.

15th National Games Volunteering* – More than 60 members assisted in the Games, including the Paralympics and Special Olympics.

Elderly Home Cleaning Day* – Volunteers provide 40 seniors’ home cleaning to improve their living environments.

Fellowship & Learning Events
– Padel Tennis, Hiking, Seminars, and Networking gatherings strengthen camaraderie.




Open to All
RVN welcomes both Rotary and non-Rotary members, offering everyone a chance to contribute to meaningful causes.
Rotary Volunteer Award 2025
To recognize outstanding service, RVN launched the *inaugural Rotary Volunteer Award*, honoring Rotary and Rotaract members who exemplify selfless dedication.
Award Process:
– Over *40 nominees* from various clubs were nominated by their Rotary & Rotaract Clubs.
– Each Area’s Assistant Governor (RY 2024-2025) or Deputy Assistant Governor (RY 2024-2025) with a total of 13 shortlisted 19 finalists.
– Six judges leaded by IPDG Nigel Lo, chief judge and PDG Andy Li, deputy chief judge selected 13 awardees (10 Rotarians, 3 Rotaractors).
