Dear fellow People of Action,

The spirit of July remains vibrant as I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in our District Installation Ceremony on July 12. Nearly 900 attendees—Rotarians, NGO partners, and supporters—gathered, embodying our collective dedication to being People of Action.

In addition to this unity, I have witnessed remarkable energy at Club Installations and anniversary ceremonies across our District. New members are embracing Rotary ideals, and Body-Mind-Soul service projects are taking tangible form—this momentum perfectly reflects our commitment to unite for good.

August marks the “Membership and New Club Development Month”, and our focus is on strengthening Rotary’s foundation. Retention is crucial for the sustainable development of our clubs. I urge all Club Presidents and Boards to cultivate meaningful connections, encouraging members to work together to enhance our internal solidarity—nurturing these bonds is fundamental to our mission.

This month, we have planned a series of events designed to promote engagement and broaden our perspectives. I sincerely invite your participation:

• August 2: Qianhai Vocational trip 
• August 9: District Membership Seminar 
• August 13: Global Grant Workshop
• August 16: PPE Seminar 
• August 22-26: Mongolia District Governor Visit 
• August 30: District Community Service Seminar 

Regarding our District Governor Visit to Areas 9 and 10 of Mongolia from August 22-26, this is a wonderful opportunity to engage in international fellowship and explore potential collaborative projects through Global Grants. Let us work together to strengthen our ties with our Mongolian Rotarians as we transcend borders!

The first month has flown by; we shall continue to advance our service through collective action while deepening our Rotary friendships.

親愛的扶輪行動夥伴們：

7月的熱情依然迴盪。首先，我要衷心感謝各位參加了7月12日舉行的地區就職典禮。近900位參加者——包括扶輪社友、NGO夥伴及支持者齊聚一堂，充分展現了我們作為「行動者」的團結精神。 

在各扶輪社的就職典禮及週年慶典中，我也看到了非凡的活力：新社友積極擁抱扶輪理念，「身心靈」服務項目逐步成型。這股勢頭，正是我們「團結行善」承諾的體現。

八月是「扶輪社員發展與新社創設月」，我們的工作重點在於鞏固扶輪的基礎。其中，維持社友的參與度對社的永續發展至為關鍵。我敦請各社社長和理事們致力建立有意義的聯結，鼓勵社友們共同努力以提升社內凝聚力，為我們的服務使命奠定更堅實的根基。

首月在充實中就這樣過去了，我們將繼續透過集體行動推進服務，同時建立深厚的扶輪情誼。
