One of our District Health Project 2025/26 focuses on Breast Cancer Awareness, addressing the rising incidence of breast cancer, now the top cancer among women. Early detection and treatment save lives and support families.

We will jointly organize with Global Chinese Breast Cancer Organizations Alliance (全球華人乳癌組織聯盟）and NGOs on this important initiative. Support from Rotary Clubs in District 3450 is vital.

Event Details

• Project Name: Rotary Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign (扶輪乳您同行 )
• Duration: October 2025 – March 2026
• Activities: 4-5 educational seminars featuring specialists demonstrating self-breast examination techniques.
• Closing Ceremony: 28 March 2026 (Saturday), 2:00 – 3:30 PM

Co- Host Clubs and Supporting Clubs will be recognized at the Closing Ceremony. All Rotarians and friends are welcome to join!

Funds will be used for:

• Purchasing 2 self-breast examination models
• Printing educational and promotional materials
• Seminar backdrops
• ⁠closing ceremony setup
• Small gifts for attendees
• Venue rental and cleaning if needed
• Any surplus funds will primarily support public release to promote the event, with any remaining donated to service partners.
