8月14日下午，澳門中區扶輪社聯同下環坊眾互助會舉辦「中區扶輪顯愛心 送湯問暖顯關懷」活動。縱使當日高懸黑雨警告，卻絲毫未減社友服務熱忱，活動吸引逾80位街坊長者踴躍參與，場面溫馨熱鬧。 

活動聚焦長者身心健康：中醫譚家偉現場傳授簡易「拍打保健」技巧，並帶領長者運用拉力帶學習實用家居運動，強化日常自我照護能力。前社長林潔瑩與義工許曉瑾更以經典懷舊金曲與長者歡樂互動，歌聲笑語交織。活動尾聲，主辦方貼心送上滋養保健湯水及保健福包（蚊怕水、營養麵餅、運動拉力帶及毛巾），為長者帶來實質關懷與溫暖問候。 

「黑雨澆不熄服務心！」中區扶輪社表示，活動彰顯社友風雨無阻的奉獻精神，未來將持續連結社區力量，推動健康關懷活動，攜手居民共建身心康泰的和諧社會。 

In the afternoon of August 14 2025, Rotary Club of Macau Central and Associação de Mútuo Auxílio do Bairro co-organized the “Central Rotary Cares: Delivering Soup Delivery with Best Regards.” Despite the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal on the day, our Rotarians were determined with this community service and served over 80 elderlies who showed gratefulness which created a blithesome atmosphere.  This service’s objectives were focused on the physical and mental well-being of elderlies where traditional Chinese medical practitioner, Tan Ka Wai, taught simple “tapping health” techniques on-site as well as led the elders on practical home physical exercises with resistance bands for daily life improvements. Past President Anna Lam and volunteer from Rotary Community Corps HOI HIO KAN, further interacted joyfully with the elderlies through classic nostalgic songs that weaved together voices and laughter. Afterwards, with sincere care and warm greetings to the elderly, we thoughtfully provided nourishing health soups and care-packages (mosquito repellent, nutritious noodles, resistance bands, and towels). Rotary Club of Macau Central exclaimed “Black rainstorm cannot extinguish our commitment to service!” It demonstrated our Rotarians strong spirit of dedication. In time ahead, our Rotarians will continue connecting with the community and promote health care activities; working together with residents to build a harmonious society with physical and mental well-being.
