由蝴蝶谷扶輪社主辦，深水埗「香港樂心會」聯辦，港島常青扶輪社、中環海濱扶輪社、何文田山扶輪社及香港華語扶輪社協辦嘅「完滿人生路2025-2026長者關愛計劃」正式啓動。

計劃透過義工與長者配對成為「老友」，為社交網絡較薄弱、子女或親屬支持有限的長者提供關懷與尊重，鼓勵他們積極參與社區活動，享受豐盛的晚年生活。

活動為期七個月，合共39名義工配對22位高齡獨居雙老長者，經過每月探訪及相聚，共同製作一本「五道人生回憶錄」，並以「留下倩影」為活動圓滿結束！

大會借助「水餃皇后」慈善場為起動模式，除了參加配對項目的22位高齡長者之外，另外也邀請了近40位「香港樂心會」的老友記及「關愛動員 Action Care」的7個家庭20名成員出席，一起感受電影中臧姑娘的毅力及作為媽媽的力量。

係未來七個月嘅長者探訪活動，義工就會同老友記一齊去探索及經歷佢哋嘅五道人生(道諒、道愛、道歉、道謝、道別)，從而將人生變得更完滿。

【20250907 Launch Ceremony of the “FULLfilling Journey” Elderly Care Project】

The “FULLfilling Journey 2025-2026 Elderly Care Project,” was organised by Rotary Club of Butterfly Valley with NGO “Life Commitment Charity Club” in Shamshuipo and sponsored by The Rotary Club of Island Green, Rotary Club of Central Harbourfront,  Rotary Club of Homantin Hill and Rotary Club of Mandarin Hong Kong, has officially commenced.

The project pairs volunteers with elderly individuals as “buddies” to provide care and respect to seniors with limited social networks or insufficient support from children or relatives. It encourages them to actively participate in community activities and enjoy a fulfilling life in their later years.

The seven-month event involves 39 volunteers paired with 22 live-alone elderly individuals. Through monthly visits and gatherings, they will get to know each other to complete some tasks.

The launch was inspired by the charity screening of “The Dumpling Queen.” In addition to the 22 elderly participants in the pairing program, nearly 40 members of the “Life Commitment Charity Club”  and 20 members from seven families of “Action Care” were invited to experience the perseverance of Madam Zang and the strength of motherhood portrayed in the film.

Over the next seven months of visits, volunteers will explore and experience the “Five-Tao of Life” with their elderly buddies, making their lives more fulfilling.
