經過超過三個月的精心準備，「乒羽共融」的第一站活動日於9月20日在青衣佛教葉紀南紀念中學成功舉行，吸引了約200人參與，包括138名大人及中學生運動員，年齡範圍從12歲到62歲。活動吸引了超過10間學校、5間體育會及4間機構的熱情參與，展現了社會對乒乓球與羽毛球融合的重視。

在活動現場，媒體的關注更是熱烈，新媒體及電視台紛紛前來訪問，對「共融」的理念表現出濃厚的興趣。透過這次活動，我們更加明白了「共融」的真正意義。

此次運動同樂日不僅帶來了歡樂，還鍛鍊了參與者的耐力，提升了心理素質。活動中，參與者還體驗了同步進行的頌缽、蒙眼乒乓球等創新活動，並放下手機，挑戰新興運動——無人機足球。這些元素的結合，讓不同年齡和性別的參與者在同樂日中體驗到了不同的樂趣，實現了身心靈的平衡。

在這個風雨交加的日子裡，我們感謝每一位身體力行參與的朋友，尤其是香港匯賢扶輪社的支持，使得此次全新活動得以順利舉行。

Racket Harmony Opening Ceremony and First Station

After more than three months of preparation, our very first “Racket Harmony” Fun Sports Day was a smashing success on September 20th! Nearly 200 people showed up — 138 adults and student-athletes aged 12 to 62, representing over 10 schools, 5 sports associations, and 4 organizations. All came together and made this event at Buddhist Yip Kei Nam Memorial College in Tsing Yi possible.

A huge shoutout to all the teachers, social workers, students, athletes, and supporting organizations who made this day happen! Even the media and TV crews dropped by to interview us. Everyone wanted to know: What’s the big idea behind “inclusion”? Well, after today, I think we all get it a little better:

The Fun Sports Day brought us joy, built our endurance, and boosted our mental resilience.

We had singing bowl experiences and the unique thrill of “blindfolded table tennis” happening simultaneously.

We even put our phones down and tried out the latest trend — dronesoccer!

Mix all that together and you get a day that crossed ages and genders, brought everyone together, and gave us a taste of real mind-body-soul balance.

We are grateful to see so many of you braving the storm and rain on September 20th to join us for this brand-new adventure with the Rotary Club of Eminence HK.
