2025 “We Care, We Share” Mental Health Training Camp<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The “We Care, We Share” Mental Health Youth Ambassador Programme’s “Mental Health Training Camp” was successfully held from 2025 November 1 to 2 in the Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin. Jointly organized by the Rotary Club of Macau, the YMCA of Macau, and the Macau Speakers Association, the camp aimed to enhance teenagers’ mental health literacy and public speaking skills through diverse training and experiential activities, while deepening their understanding and awareness of psychological well-being. The two-day overnight camp attracted over 60 secondary school students from across Macau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The camp was hosted at the scenic Sumlodol Camping Resort, providing an immersive learning experience through its two-day, one-night format. The programme featured a rich variety of activities, including mental health resilience training and public speaking workshops. Under the guidance of professional instructors, participants systematically learned practical skills in emotional management, stress coping, and speech delivery. They actively prepared and refined their speeches for the upcoming Macau-wide Secondary School Mental Health Speech Contest, demonstrating remarkable engagement and enthusiasm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A significant component of the training camp was the students’ visit to Zhuhai Third People’s Hospital, a major psychiatric facility in Southern China dedicated to the treatment and social integration of mental health recovery patients. The hospital arranged special exchange sessions and experiential workshops for the students, allowing them to personally engage with diverse therapeutic approaches\u2014including art therapy, aromatherapy, and dance therapy\u2014through interactive activities. This deepened their understanding of and empathy toward the mental health recovery process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “We Care, We Share Training Camp” served as a key initiative within the Macau Secondary School Mental Health Speech Contest series. It not only provided students with a valuable platform for learning and exchange but also further promoted cross-sector collaboration and social engagement, collectively advancing whole-person development among youth and the promotion of mental health education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u300c\u611b\uff0e\u5206\u4eab We Care, We Share\u300d\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u9752\u5e74\u63a8\u5ee3\u5927\u4f7f\u8a08\u5283\u4e4b\u300c\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u57f9\u8a13\u71df\u300d\u65bc2025\u5e7411\u67081\u65e5\u81f32\u65e5\u5728\u6a6b\u7434\u7cb5\u6fb3\u6df1\u5ea6\u5408\u4f5c\u5340\u5713\u6eff\u8209\u884c\u3002\u662f\u6b21\u6d3b\u52d5\u7531\u6fb3\u9580\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u3001\u6fb3\u9580\u57fa\u7763\u6559\u9752\u5e74\u6703\u53ca\u6fb3\u9580\u6f14\u8b1b\u5bb6\u5354\u6703\u806f\u5408\u4e3b\u8fa6\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u900f\u904e\u591a\u5143\u57f9\u8a13\u53ca\u9ad4\u9a57\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u7684\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u7d20\u990a\u8207\u516c\u958b\u6f14\u8b1b\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u6df1\u5316\u5c0d\u7cbe\u795e\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8a8d\u8b58\u8207\u95dc\u6ce8\u3002\u70ba\u671f\u5169\u65e5\u7684\u57f9\u8a13\u71df\u5438\u5f15\u8d85\u904e60\u540d\u4f86\u81ea\u5168\u6fb3\u5404\u6821\u7684\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u53c3\u8207\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u662f\u6b21\u57f9\u8a13\u71df\u9078\u5740\u74b0\u5883\u512a\u7f8e\u7684\u661f\u6a02\u5ea6\u71df\u5730\uff0c\u4ee5\u5169\u65e5\u4e00\u591c\u7684\u5bbf\u71df\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u6c89\u6d78\u5f0f\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u9ad4\u9a57\u3002\u6d3b\u52d5\u5167\u5bb9\u8c50\u5bcc\u591a\u5143\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u97cc\u6027\u8a13\u7df4\u3001\u516c\u958b\u6f14\u8b1b\u6280\u5de7\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u7b49\u591a\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u3002\u5728\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u97cc\u6027\u57f9\u8a13\u74b0\u7bc0\u4e2d\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u6276\u8f2a\u793e\u524d\u793e\u9577\u8607\u6842\u9f8d\u535a\u58eb\u900f\u904e\u60c5\u7dd2\u89ba\u5bdf\u53ca\u58d3\u529b\u8f49\u5316\u7df4\u7fd2\u7b49\u5be6\u7528\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u5b78\u751f\u5efa\u7acb\u6b63\u5411\u61c9\u5c0d\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e26\u5206\u4eab\u5176\u5728\u9752\u5e74\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7d93\u9a57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u6f14\u8b1b\u6280\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6fb3\u9580\u6f14\u8b1b\u5bb6\u5354\u6703\u79d8\u66f8\u9577\u9673\u654f\u83ef\u5e36\u9818\u5b78\u751f\u9032\u884c\u6f14\u8aaa\u6280\u5de7\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u821e\u53f0\u611f\u67d3\u529b\u3002 \u53c3\u8207\u5b78\u751f\u5728\u5c08\u696d\u5c0e\u5e2b\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u5b78\u7fd2\u60c5\u7dd2\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u58d3\u529b\u61c9\u5c0d\u53ca\u6f14\u8b1b\u8868\u9054\u7b49\u5be6\u7528\u6280\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u7a4d\u6975\u70ba\u5373\u5c07\u8209\u884c\u7684\u5168\u6fb3\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6f14\u8b1b\u6bd4\u8cfd\u64b0\u5beb\u53ca\u6253\u78e8\u6f14\u8b1b\u7a3f\u4ef6\uff0c\u5c55\u73fe\u51fa\u9ad8\u5ea6\u7684\u6295\u5165\u8207\u71b1\u60c5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4f5c\u70ba\u57f9\u8a13\u71df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u4e3b\u8fa6\u65b9\u7d44\u7e54\u5b78\u751f\u53c3\u89c0\u73e0\u6d77\u5e02\u7b2c\u4e09\u4eba\u6c11\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u8a72\u9662\u662f\u83ef\u5357\u5730\u5340\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u885b\u751f\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u7cbe\u795e\u5eb7\u5fa9\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u8207\u793e\u6703\u878d\u5408\u3002\u9662\u65b9\u7279\u5225\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u5b89\u6392\u4e86\u5c08\u984c\u4ea4\u6d41\u8207\u9ad4\u9a57\u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u85dd\u8853\u6cbb\u7642\u3001\u82b3\u9999\u7642\u6cd5\u53ca\u821e\u8e48\u6cbb\u7642\u7b49\u4e92\u52d5\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u8b93\u5b78\u751f\u89aa\u8eab\u9ad4\u9a57\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u591a\u5143\u624b\u6cd5\uff0c\u52a0\u6df1\u5c0d\u7cbe\u795e\u5eb7\u5fa9\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u7406\u89e3\u8207\u540c\u7406\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u662f\u6b21\u300cWe Care, We Share \u57f9\u8a13\u71df\u300d\u4f5c\u70ba\u5168\u6fb3\u4e2d\u5b78\u751f\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6f14\u8b1b\u6bd4\u8cfd\u7684\u7cfb\u5217\u6d3b\u52d5\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u70ba\u5b78\u751f\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u5bf6\u8cb4\u7684\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u4ea4\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e5f\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u52d5\u8de8\u9818\u57df\u5408\u4f5c\u8207\u793e\u6703\u53c3\u8207\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u4fc3\u9032\u9752\u5c11\u5e74\u5168\u4eba\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u5fc3\u7406\u5065\u5eb7\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u63a8\u5ee3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
